3 Ways to Hold onto you Happy(ness) 💕

This year... this summer (for lack of better words) even the start of school has been very disappointing for me and my loves in a lot of ways.. ⁣

But, I don’t care how painful, wild and crazy 2020 gets I’m not cashing in my power to choose happiness. ⁣

Here are 3 things you can do now to spark AND hold onto your happiness in times like these: ⁣

1️⃣ 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀. ⁣

Happy people choose to focus on the positive aspects of life rather than the negative. They set their minds on specific reasons to be grateful. They express it when possible. And they quickly discover there is always, always, something to be grateful for. Choose to focus on these things! 🏽⁣

2️⃣ 𝗥𝘂𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.. 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗿𝘂𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂. ⁣

It’s so important to honor who you really are in your business and not allow pressure or trends make you feel like you have to do more than987trexc what you have the capacity for. ⁣

Do your absolute best with what you have and leave the rest to God to sort out for you. ⁣

There’s a thin line between hustle and obsession. ⁣

Grace stands on that thin line. ⁣

3️⃣ Hold back a complaint. The next time you want to lash out in verbal complaint towards a person, a situation, or yourself, don’t. ⁣

Instead, humble yourself and keep it to yourself. You’ll likely shut down an unhealthy, unhappy environment. But more than that, you’ll experience joy by choosing peace in a difficult situation.⁣

This week, choose happiness and do it for those around you too!⁣
