Traffic Secrets is an amazing book that will take you from thinking into actually doing. I am not a fan of fluffy words and I truly pride myself on sharing products that I believe in. Traffic Secrets is no different!
The book is not for the lazy or faint at heart. We have to actually read an apply the lessons in order for things to work. Now trust me, this was not a smooth and easy 30 days by any means, but it has been the one thing that I've done that took me from thinking about a shop to actually following through on my dream and starting one! This book is about learning how to drive traffic to your site and ultimately your customers.
Here is how I began this journey..
I kicked fear to the curb and rallied my mental troops to do a 30-day challenge.
I decided to do t this challenge as I wanted to increase traffic to my online shop and test the theory that I didn't have to be an extreme marketing genius in order to have this business.
Having more people coming through my online shop meant the possibility of those people stopping to buy something that they loved was a lot higher and that my friend is a good thing.
The challenge in itself was pretty simple. I had to read the book and work on lessons in the workbook. I had to apply these steps in real life to see if they worked.
I learned some really foundational lessons and techniques that I was immediately able to use.
I was able to apply them to my shop so that I could increase the amount of daily traffic that increased sales.
One of the things I really liked about the book was that the workbook pages and activities made it really easy for me to write down other shops that my dream customers were visiting. Once I did this, I was able to take a look at what they were doing well and what areas I needed to improve in.
There are 30 days of workbook activities and I know that writing down my thoughts will help me to take the steps I needed to start gaining more traffic.
I still have a long way to go in terms of getting my numbers to where I want them but this has shown me that it is indeed possible if I apply the principles.
