PRACTICING THANKFULNESS ON A DAILY BASIS: HOW TO MAKE GRATITUDE A PART OF YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

GRATITUDE JOURNAL

of the very first things I do during my morning ritual is to give thanks. The minute my foot touches the floor as I walk to the bathroom I say: “thank you, thank you, thank you” with each step. I also love writing in my gratitude journal every morning.


A great place to start is this gratitude journal.. It can help you keep thankfulness at the forefront of your heart by writing things down that you are grateful for. It's so easy to get overwhelmed with all of The more you fill your life with gratitude, the happier you will feel.



My gratitude journal has changed my life—seriously. It may sound crazy that something so simple as writing down what you’re grateful for could have such a massive impact on your life but it really does.


It was instrumental in helping me manifest my dream job and business and it is a really important part of my self-love  and 

morning routine!
